






HOW TO APPLY TO THE PROGRAM
All Diploma applicants are required to complete the Continuing Studies online program application and ensure that two sealed letters of reference are submitted by the stated deadline.
All Certificate applicants are required to complete the Continuing Studies online program application, ensure that two sealed letters of reference and a resume are submitted by the stated deadline.
Please note: If you have completed your undergraduate degree at an institution other than Western University, you will also be required to to apply to Western University (OUAC online application).
All Diploma and Certificate applicants are required to complete the part-time application form (regardless of full time of part time program status).

Two sealed letters of reference attesting to your academic ability and / or professional characteristics or employability in the field to which you are applying.
Letters can be from academic, work or volunteer-related referees.
Letters should be sent directly to Continuing Studies.
Letters must be sealed and signed by the referee.
Personal Statement outlining your interest in the program, personal background including any achievements and what makes you a strong candidate. This statement should be no more than 500 words, double spaced.
* If you have attended another post-secondary institution since your last registration at Western, you may need to re-apply for admission to the University. Please contact the Admissions Office at 519 661 2100 to determine whether or not you will need to re-apply.If you are required to re-apply for admission, please follow the application process outlined in option two.
** Application fee can also be paid by debit, cash or cheque by visiting our office. Please indicate on the application if you will be paying by cheque, cash or debit.
