Power ON

Turn the power on.

Large button on right hand side

display on

Turn ON Display.

The ON button under Display should be lit, this will turn on the projector.

Sign in.

To sign in press CTRL + ALT + DELETE (if prompted)

Select cstudies icon

Enter password wccs

Connect your laptop to the computer output using the VGA and audio cables.

 

av cable The cable is supplied in the drawer of the AV cabinet
display panel

Turn ON Display.

The ON button under Display should be lit, this will turn on the projector.

Select LAPTOP, the Laptop button should be lit.

Power ON remote.

Remove USB key from remote

Plug the USB key into USB port on front of computer

usb or port on your laptop

To operate remote

  1. Laser Pointer
  2. Slide forward and back
  3. Black screen
  4. Launch slide show

To open the CD/DVD lighly press the top right corner of the cover. 

open cd drawer

The flap will open as illustrated.  The CD/DVD drawer will appear. Press the button to open the drive and insert your disc.

 

 

 

 

 

 

power off

Power off computer by selecting windows icon in the bottom left of screen and select shut down. To turn off projector press the display off button on the AV panel. Disconnect any VGA/audio cable you used (laptop) and return to drawer.
