What stands out about what you have learned?
Leaders can exist anywhere in business or personal life and not all good leaders are managers and vice versa.
How are you using what you have learned, and what difference is it making in your professional and personal life?
I try and use the leadership skills learned in my relationships with my customers on a daily basis, as well as my family and friends. I make myself available to them, “lend an ear” to try and offer advice and assistance.
