Mediation Skills and Processes

You will explore the role of the neutral mediator and ethical standards that apply to mediation. As a mediator, you are a negotiation facilitator who is disinterested in the outcome of the negotiation.

You will have opportunities to practice structuring and facilitating mediation sessions, as well as the communication skills and interventions that you will require when mediating disputes.
