The best way to ask counselling questions is to email email@example.com.
Counselling questions sent directly to a counsellor's personal email account will be redirected to this address, causing unnecessary delay. We will make every effort to answer your questions within 24 hours.
Please only use the phone (519-661-2111 + extension) as a last resort.
Depending on the nature of the question, it may be better for you to arrange an appointment to have a one-on-one meeting with the counsellor.
The student Mental Health and Wellness Resource Guide can be found here.
