1)
Development of selective and efficient synthetic methods (domino
reactions, transition-metal-catalyzed transformation, facial selective
allylation of ketones). Total synthesis of natural products. Terpenes,
steroids, alkaloids, macrolactones, antibiotics, anticancer agents.
High pressure chemistry. Combinatorial chemistry in solution and on
solid phases.

Design of novel cytotoxic compounds and vaccines for a selective
treatment of cancer using monoclonal antibodies and ganglioside
analogues. |
