The Kuyper Centre Summer Events - and Beyond!

  • Faculty/Grad Student Book Club: First Thursday of each month at 3:00pm: Open to all Faculty and Grad students. We're currently reading Be Not Afraid: Facing Fear with Faith by Sam Wells, the dean of the chapel at Duke University. Our next meeting is at 3pm on Thursday, June 7th. Feel free to join us whenever you're free. You don't need to have read the book. UCC 256.
  • Summer Grad Student Bible Study: A group of grad students will be meeting every Monday at 9am for some light breakfast foods, conversation, study of 1Corinthians, and prayer. Please consider yourself warmly invited to join us!
  • Summer Student Fellowship: If you're going to be around London this summer, we're continuing to meet each Wednesday at 4:30pm for some socializing, Bible study, and prayer. Join us in UCC 256!
  • Women of Courage: on Saturday, September 22, we'll be travelling to Coldstream (only 20 minutes outside of London) for a day conference by KAIROS, an ecumenical justice organization. The theme focusses on the stories of women around the world who have displayed faithful courage in the midst of hardship and abuse. You don't want to miss this great opportunity!
  • All Ontario Campus Ministry Retreat: Keep your eyes and ears open. Details on this year's fall retreat with all the campus ministries in Ontario will be coming out shortly. This spot will be updated as soon as more is known. Keep watch!
  • Jubilee 2013: Join us on a road trip to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, from February 15-17 for the best student conference out there! Join with thousands of other students to explore how faith makes a difference in the whole world! Registration will begin in late Fall semester. 
  • CRCMA Conference 2013: Plan now to come to Guelph for the annual bi-national campus ministry conference from May 7-9. This year's plenary speaker is Andy Crouch!!! Registration will happen in early Winter Semester.
