How do I complete the online portion of my renewal?
Do I have to renew?
Yes. The CCAA will not ship training materials and manuals to you to support your training courses unless your facilitator certification is up to date.
Check with your employer or volunteer agency. Organizations recruiting and training volunteer facilitators are eligible for the “Volunteer Agency License” which is subject to special guidelines. However, there is no renewal fee reduction for volunteer agencies. Please contact the Certification Coordinator for more information.
