CCAA Holiday and 25th Anniversary Buffet Luncheon
Celebrate the festive season and the CCAA's 25th Anniversary by sharing a delicious buffet lunch with fellow CCAA participants, instructors and staff at the unique and historic Bellamere Winery and Event Centre.
The luncheon buffet includes a variety of appetizers and entrees as well as a creative and unique dessert experience. Cash bar and non-alcoholic beverages are available. Gather together your friends from class (spouses and non-members are also welcome) and join us in celebrating our 25th year!

Buffet Luncheon Menu
- Lavish display of fresh house made flat breads, crostinis and baguette served with herb butters
- Apple wood house smoked mushroom, parmesan tapenade and roasted peppadew pepper and white bean dips served with freshly baked garlic flatbreads, root vegetable chips and crostinis
- Mini Beef Wellington - Our take on the traditional beef Wellington paired with horseradish cream
- Fresh Thai rolls of Asian vegetables wrapped in rice paper with mango sweet chilli sauce
- Ricotta Tart - ricotta, feta and parmesan cheese with fresh basil and spinach, baked in a buttery pastry and paired with our rich red pepper jelly
- AAA Sirloin Steak - Steak marinated in Alexanders secret recipe, seared and then slow broiled with our herb coffee crusting then finished with a tricolor peppercorn sauce
- Classic Home-Style Roast Turkey - Slow roasted, herb butter basted stuffed turkey breast with traditional stuffing of apples and sage
- Grilled asparagus and chicken en crute - grilled chicken breast, asparagus, red peppers and havarti in a puff pastry with a delicate cream sauce infused with fresh tarragon
- Vegetable Tian - Layers of sweet and Yukon gold potatoes, roasted peppers, zucchini, onion and carrots baked and served with a house made roasted tomato and peppadew pepper sauce
- Chef selected panache of seasonal vegetables with country roasted potatoes
- Mashed Potatoes - Local Farm fresh Yukon mash served with a variety of toppings; our own North American Poutine Style, Caribbean Island Flavours and Asian Fusion
- Accompanied by a variety of our house made chutneys and sauces to compliment your meal including horseradish cream, beat chutney, spicy beans, corn relish, cranberry and apple chutney
Design your own personal cheesecake - A light cheesecake presented with a selection of sauces such as caramel, strawberry and blueberry and delectable holiday toppings.
Cash Bar. A premium selection of wine, beer, liquor, liqueurs, festive coffee and cocktails prepared by our mixologist. Non-alcoholic beverages also available.
