The Centre for Advanced Materials and Biomaterials Research (CAMBR) was created to be “the lead organization at the University of Western Ontario for coordinating the research, educational and outreach activities in the broad areas of Materials and Biomaterials” from all Faculties. CAMBR is supported by the Faculty of Science, the Faculty of Engineering and the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry together with the Office of the Vice President Research & International Relations. Currently, 50 research groups participate as members of CAMBR, bringing together their research expertise and excellence in materials and biomaterials.
