Graduate Program
Guidelines, Procedures, & Policies Governing Students
Our Graduate Program Guidelines and Policies have been developed to assist our graduate students with successful completion of their degree programs in a reasonable length of time (2 years for MSc students, 4 years for PhD students entering the program with a MSc, and 5 years for PhD students who reclassify from their MSc studies).
After each Advisory Committee Meeting, the Advisory Committee Meeting Form must be submitted to the Medical Biophysics Graduate Office after ALL signators have signed.
After successful completion of the mid level comprehensive examination, the Mid-Level Comprehensive Examination Form must be submitted to the Medical Biophysics Graduate Office after ALL signators have signed.
This pertains to 1st year PhD students entering the program with a previous MSc degree and MSc students reclassifying to PhD status by end of their 5th academic terms.
After successful defense of the PhD proposal for students with a previous MSc degree, a completed Advisory Committee Meeting Form must be submitted to the Medical Biophysics Graduate Office after ALL signators have signed.
