Canadian Botanical Conservation Network: The CBCN's objective is to preserve the biological diversity of Canada's rare and endangered native plant species, wild habitats and ecosystems through the education and conservation programs of its member botanical gardens and arboreta (including the Sherwood Fox Arboretum). This site includes links to many Canadian Botanical Gardens.

The continued existence of these plants are intrinsically linked to global issues including poverty, human well-being and climate change
