The Hume Cronyn Memorial Observatory is located on campus and is used extensively for undergraduate Astronomy laboratories. The observatory is open to the public Saturday evenings throughout the year and is an amazing way to see the stars and interact with astronomers in person. The McIntosh Gallery is the second oldest university art gallery in Canada housing a permanent collection that includes over 3000 works in various media dating primarily from the early 19th century to the present. Theatre Western is a student-run production company supported by the University Students' Council at the University of Western Ontario.
