Major in Museum and Curatorial Studies


This undergraduate program is one of only a few in Canada that provides students with extensive marketable and transferable skills for work in museum and curatorial environments. The program emphasises practical experience through curatorial assignments, internships and collaboration with the local arts community. Students will emerge with skills that will translate into potential careers including museum and gallery curating, museum technician, collections management for public and private institutions, work within cultural archives and education sectors. UWO Film Festival

The UWO Student Film Festival takes place each year in March at Rainbow Cinema. This event gives film enthusiasts a chance to network with film experts and industry insiders, to compete for prizes and support each other’s work.
