September 8	Last day to apply to Autumn Convocation
September 8	Fall/Winter Classes Begin
September 14	Web Registration ends at 11:59 p.m.
September 15 - 16	Paper Add/Drop Period
September 16	Last day to add a first term (A or F), or Full year course (E or no suffix)
October 10	Thanksgiving Holiday (All University Offices Closed)
October 15 *	Last day to drop a first term half course (A or F) without Academic Penalty.
October 27 - 28	Autumn Convocation
November 30 *	Last day to drop a full year course (E or no suffix) without Academic Penalty.
December 7	Fall/Winter Term classes end
December 8 & 9	Study Day
December 10 - 21	Mid-year Examination Period
December 22	First term ends for all programs except Dentistry, Education, Law and Medicine
December 24 - January 2	Winter Holidays (All University Offices Closed)

January 9	Classes Resume
January 4 -14	January Web Registration period
January 16 & 17	January Paper Add/Drop period
January 17	Last day to add a second-term half course (G or B).
January 22 *	Last day to receive applications for the February In Absentia Convocation
January 31 *	Deadline to apply for relief against a first term final grade.
February 15 *	Last day to drop a second term half course (B or G) without Academic Penalty.
February 20	Family Day
February 20 - 24	Reading Week
February 24	In Absentia February Convocation
March 6	First day for web registration for Summer Evening and Spring/Summer Distance Studies
March 8	First day for web registration for Intersession
March 13	First day for web registration for Summer Day
March 15 *	Last day to receive applications for Spring Convocation
April 6	Good Friday (All University Offices Closed)
April 7 & 8	Passover
April 8	Easter Sunday
April 11	Fall/Winter Term Classes End

April 30	Second term ends for all Faculties except Dentistry, Education, Law, and Medicine
* Any of the preceeding deadlines that occur on a Saturday, Sunday, or Statutory Holiday will be extended to the next working day.

9:30 a.m. - 12:00 noon &
1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
(unless meetings are scheduled)

Walk-ins are preferred and welcome during the open hours.
