September 3	Labour Day (All University Offices Closed)
September 6	Fall/Winter Classes Begin
September 12	Web Registration ends at 11:59 p.m.
September 13-14	Paper Add/Drop Period
September 15	Deadline to apply for relief against final grades in Summer Day course
October 1	Deadline to apply to Autumn
October 8	Thanksgiving Holiday (All University Offices Closed)
October 25-26	Autumn Convocation
November 5	Last day to drop a first term half course (A or F) without Academic Penalty.
November 30 *	Last day to drop a full year course (E or no suffix) without Academic Penalty.
December 5	Fall/Winter Term classes end
December 6-7	Study Days
December 8-19	Mid-year Examination Period
December 20	First term ends for all programs except Dentistry, Education, Law and Medicine
December 20 - January 6	Winter Holidays (All University Offices Closed)
2013
January 7	Classes Resume
January 12th	Last day to add a second-term half course, or a second-term full course
January 14 & 15	January Paper Add/Drop period
January 22	Last day to receive applications for the February In Absentia Convocation
January 31	Deadline to apply for relief against a first term final grade.
February 18	Family Day (closed)
February 18-22	Reading Week
February 22	In Absentia February Convocation
March 5	First day for web registration for Summer Evening and Spring/Summer Distance Studies
March 7	First day for web registration for Intersession /last day to drop a second term half-course ("B" or "G") or a second term full course ("X") without academic penalty
March 12	First day for web registration for Summer Day
March 15	Last day to receive applications for Spring Convocation
March 29	Good Friday (All University Offices Closed)
March 30	Easter Sunday
April 11	Fall/Winter Term Classes End
April 12, 13	Study Days
April 14 - 30	Final Examination period
* Any of the preceeding deadlines that occur on a Saturday, Sunday, or Statutory Holiday will be extended to the next working day.

9:30 a.m. - 12:00 noon &
1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
(unless meetings are scheduled)

Walk-ins are preferred and welcome during the open hours.
