How Can We Help You?
We are always happy to help, so please feel welcome to drop in during our regular hours of operation. You may visit our counsellors to ask about modules and programs, degree requirements, and university regulations or about any other academic concerns, including the following:
- Academic advice, course selection
- Course changes, withdrawals, special permissions
- Progression requirements and mandatory withdrawal
- Requests for academic accommodation for major illnesses, compassionate issues or other problems that would affect your attendance and performance in courses
- Requests for special examinations or extensions for term-work
- Requests for letter of permission to attend other universities
- Appeal procedures
- Interpretation of Senate regulations
- Graduation issues

(unless meetings are scheduled)
PLEASE NOTE: We are closed in the mornings from May 13th - 24th, due to Adjudication, but will still be open from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
Walk-ins are preferred and welcome during the open hours.
If you are visiting from out of town, please call or email (arts@uwo.ca) to arrange an in-person appointment or to check that the Counsellors will be available for walk-in hours.
If you would prefer a phone appointment, please call 519-661-3043 to schedule. You are also welcome to email your questions to us at arts@uwo.ca. Please note that during the summer, email is a better method of communication.
