School for advanced studies in the Arts & humanities
The School has a director and up to 9 fellows assigned to deliver its curriculum; this includes a research librarian. Each fellow normally serves a 2-year term. Fellows are chosen for the breadth of their knowledge, the interdisciplinary nature of their research, and the quality of their teaching. There are also associate fellows drawn from the faculty who have a limited role in the School. These will include international associates who will be attached to the School and whom students will be encouraged to consult. An international fellow will also be enlisted and work onsite as a visiting scholar.
