Schulich International Summer Program

The Schulich Summer Program for International Medical and Healthcare students officially ended on Friday, July 14th.
By all accounts, Silke Klenke, Director of Internationalization at Schulich asserts that the Program was a tremendous success and the participating students had very positive feedback. The theme of Global Health really resonated with these students and they appreciated the interdisciplinary focus that was built in throughout the Program.

Several Faculty members of The Africa Institute were integral to the success of the Summer Institute, and seven of the students partaking in the two-week Canadian Field School were incoming Visiting Scholars through the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Scholarship.
