Dr. Freedman taught courses on Africa and development for 25 years before leaving to create a consulting firm which has conducted policy studies for the past 20 years in Africa and Asia.

Regions of Focus: Mainly in the Great Lakes (DRC, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Kenya
